This service will allow you to track your parcels anytime and you’re able to see where it is in transit with the easy to use DPD tracking app that can be downloaded on your smartphone.

What are the collection and delivery times for DPD Air Classic?

DPD Air Classic takes roughly 3-7 days for economy transit times. Please note that in remote areas, it can take longer. Collection for your parcel will be between 8am-6pm on working days. Collection services are only available for international services, we are not offering collection services for UK deliveries at this moment.

I need a faster delivery service

If you do need a faster delivery outside of Europe then DPD also provides DPD Air Express where delivery times range from 2-4 day days, it may take longer for remote areas. Please have a look at using the Quotes calculator to see and compare the services that we offer.

The tracking with DPD

You will get exactly the same tracking services with DPD, with every service you book you will get a code that you can input on Our website or through the DPD website. There is also an app that you can download on your smartphone that can be used which will allow you to make some changes if necessary. Other functionalities include being able to leave your parcel at a designated place if the recipient is unavailable and others. It’s also best to provide the recipient’s contact number so they are able to receive all updates from DPD.

What about customs/restrictions?

Please look into our guide which states restrictions for all couriers and services Here. Choose DPD on the link and you will find all the information you need there. DPD handles all of the customs documents online so all you need to do is just print out the shipping label.

I used ParcelPal for the first time recently. I had a parcel to go to Italy and got quite a shock with the cost through Royal Mail (Parcel Force). So I Googled ParcelPal found it be nearly half the price. I then filled in the initial registration which was quite painless. Then I registered the parcel and paid through my credit card. I printed our the barcoded label, stuck it on and then, you guessed it, I took it to the Post Office. What a great service.
