Collection services
With most of our couriers we work with, they can come and collect your parcel from the comfort of your own home and the rest, the courier will sort out. The driver will take the parcel from you, bring it to the depot and then your parcel will be for officially ready for dispatch and out for delivery.
Collection times
You can book a collection service for both domestic or international delivery. When you book a parcel collection service with any of our couriers, your parcel will be collected from either your home or work address. When you choose to book this service, you can choose a particular date of when you want your courier to come. Please be advised that service availability and delivery times may differ by postcode.
Collection prices
Booking through us is just as easy and cheaper for yourself due to the large volume of mail we send with our couriers. To find prices for all of our courier services, use our Quotes calculator and select the service you need.
Parcelforce Collection
Please always ensure senders and recipients key information is visible on parcels for collection. It is sender's responsibility to ensure your recipient’s address and the consignment number are clearly written on each parcel. Fail to do so, you will be charged a £7.50 + VAT "nothing to collect" fee and the item will be refused by a driver unless the details are added to the parcel.
Can’t wait in all day?
If you’re unable to wait in then alternatively, the Drop off service would be a better solution for you. There’s more than 11,500 drop off locations for Parcelforce, thousands of Post offices and UPS Access points. This means you can drop off your parcel anytime at your convenience.
