To place an order with Parcelforce’s collection service, all you’re required to do is print out your shipping label, attach the label to your parcel and it’s ready to be collected within the time frame you have asked the courier to come. Once that’s done, the driver will come to the designated address to come pick up your parcel. If you manage to book a parcel collection service on the same day with Parcelforce, your parcel will be collected from either your home or work address before 6pm. Same day collections may not be guaranteed but in order to get a higher success rate then please try booking before 10:30AM. If you are choosing Drop off, this means that you’ll be going to the local drop off points or Post Office to leave your parcel there. You can drop off your parcel at any time during the opening times of the Post Office whichever is convenient for you.
