Weekend delivery service
Not going to be in during the weekday? We have you covered at Parcel Pal, you’re able to choose weekend delivery service with our reliable and trustworthy couriers. Parcelforce offers a Saturday delivery service and DPD offers both a Saturday and Sunday delivery service.
Booking with Parcelforce, you can opt for Saturday delivery for an additional price. Deliveries on a Saturday are between 7AM-2PM. If you’ve not added a Saturday service then it will be delivered on a Monday (except for bank holidays/ public holidays).
DPD also offers a weekend delivery for either a Saturday or Sunday. You can check out the pricing of weekend service by using our Quotes calculator and choosing whether you want a collection service or if you’d like to drop off the parcel yourself.

Weekend delivery service
Parcelforce depots open from Monday to Friday 8AM-7PM and 8AM-12:30PM on Saturdays. You can also go into any of the local post offices to drop off your parcel. It’s best to go to a drop off point as early as you can so that your parcel will be delivered without any delays. DPD Pickup Shop Finder can open anytime between 7:30AM-9:30PM but each store varies so you will need to check the ones near you. Weekend collection service
If you book a parcel collection service on the same day collection with Parcelforce, your parcel will be collected from either your home or work address before 6pm. If you choose to book this service, ensure that you place your order before 11am and that your Postcode is in a region where they can service this request. In addition, for customers who can print their own label and do not rely on the driver to bring a label with them.

The process of a weekend delivery
When you make a booking, you can choose to get it collected from your home. If you are booking the service on Thursday then you can book your parcel to be collected on the Friday to ensure delivery will be made on the Saturday. If you want it delivered for Sunday instead then you will need to book your parcel to be collected on Friday also since the couriers do not do any collect on Saturday. All restrictions will apply so please check the restrictions and prohibited items list for couriers before sending your parcel.
Track your parcel
Tracking will be provided the same as with other Parcelforce services. You’ll be able to track every stage of the delivery process until it has been delivered. Simply click on Tracking my parcel and enter the tracking number into the box. That’s where you’ll be able to check where your parcel is currently heading.
Prohibited items/restrictions
To see what items are restricted with the courier, please Click on this list which will tell you which items are prohibited. Please be advised when sending items it is within the limitation. Orders may be cancelled prior without notice if such person sends items on the prohibited list.
