This programme was the first of its kind in the logistics industry and through this feedback we have been able to quickly identify, reward and share best practice, correct any issues as they occur, and work with retailers to develop service improvements and innovations to meet customers' needs.

Collect+ was created in 2009 as a collaborative company between PayPoint and Yodel. In 2016 they became a subsidiary of Yodel within four years they had a drop off points in over 5000 shops across the country. Earlier this year, PayPoint acquired Yodels 50% stake in the business making it the sole owner of the UK’s largest parcel shop network.

Collect Plus has a network of over 5700 drop off points consisting of newsagents, supermarkets and petrol stations. The benefit is that majority of these locations are open seven days a week til late so you won’t have a problem dropping the parcel off.
