Covid-19: August 2020 update
Current up to date advice from ParcelPal
This year has been a challenging, uncertain, and difficult time for everyone. Every single person and business have been affected by these times. With the situation ever changing, we want to assure our customers that here at ParcelPal we take the health and safety of our customers, staff, couriers, and partners very seriously. We will continue to provide you with the most recent, up to date, and accurate information for as long needed.
ParcelPal is currently fully operational, with all services running as normal. Our current website is live and operational. As of August 2020, we are working very hard and eagerly awaiting the launch of our brand-new website which will be live very soon.
We are continuing to provide our customers with our full range of services. We have recognised that services such as Parcel Collection and features such as Real Time Tracking have become increasing popular with those who wish to stay at home and/or wish to minimise contact with others.
Our staff are working exceptionally hard to reply to every customer enquiry and process every order as fast as they can. Our online chat services, customer service email, and help lines are currently all operating Monday-Friday 9:30am-4:00pm. We have taken this step into a reduced customer help service from our usual 9:00am-5:00pm operating hours in line with the Governments advice on social distancing. We are continuing to issue our staff regular advice on hygiene and handwashing in line with Government advice and ensuring any staff member with covid-19 symptoms isolates accordingly.
If you have any concerns or questions do not hesitate to contact us.
