So how do you refer a friend?

For every service you book with us, you will earn a certain amount of points. To see the number of points you have you can go to ‘My account’ and you will be able to see it on the left. You will receive 1 point for every £1 you spend on your total order so that means if your total amount is £18.05 then you will receive 18 points. For every 100 points equals to a £1 discount, for example if you account has over 400 points then that equals to a £4 discount. You won’t need to do anything special, just book with us and the points will be automatically be added into your account. Please note that you will need to be registered and logged in for the points to be in your account.

‘Refer a friend’ programme:
You can refer an unlimited number of new registrants as long as they spend over £15 on their first order. Any orders less than £15 will not be accepted. New account registrants would also need to make their first order within the 1st month that they have registered with us for the offer to take place. Vouchers earned will be shown on your account and it is not valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion and on discounted products. You will need to enter the new registrant’s account number so that we know you have fully referred a friend or family.
‘Top-up’ programme:
You will need to top up a minimum of £100 for the discount to take place. Top up can be through either Paypal or all major credit cards. All vouchers and discounts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only. Any refunds or cancelations will invalidate the discount.
‘Earn points’ programme:
Points can only be attained if you have fully booked a service and the service has been completed by the courier. Any refunds or cancellations will void any increased points in your account. Points can be redeem if you have a minimum of 100 points in your account.
