How do I track my parcel?
We all know that tracking is important when you‘re sending a parcel. All courier services here at Parcel Pal provides tracking which means you‘ll be able to see the stages of your parcel. Once you have booked a delivery service with us you can go back to ‘My account‘ and click on ‘Real time tracking‘ on your latest order. Underneath you will see your tracking number, copy that number and click on ‘Track Parcel‘ to your right. Finally, click on the ‘Track my Parcel‘ button and it tell you at what stage your parcel is. You can also check your payment email and find the order and tracking number at the top of the email and use this on ‘Track My Parcel‘ page.
