Changes in delivery bookings

If you find that you will need to make amends to a delivery address then please contact us and we will do our best to sort it our for you. If it is only a small change ie. Mistake in number or mistype then providing that you are able to tell us in an adequate time, there will be no additional surcharge or re-booking made.

Changing a part large of your booking will mean that you will need to re-book the service again with the right information. If you need any help in making changes then you will need to contact us, please do not directly contact the courier since you have made this booking through us. If you are re-booking a service then you will need to cancel your pre-existing one which can be done through telephone or live chat.
