When you are booking for a collection service, you will be able to see a calendar and the dates that you‘d like your courier to come and collect your parcel. It should look like this below:
The date highlighted in blue means today‘s date, couriers will not come and pick up your parcel during the weekends on Saturday and Sunday. The available dates are highlighted in red, so from the picture it will show that either the 9th or the 10th. Click on the day you‘d like your parcel to be collected and this will be highlighted in purple, we cannot give you a time of when the driver will be coming since they have their own timing and routes. Other couriers may provide more dates for you to choose from so if you need your parcel to be collected a week later, you can book a service at a later date instead.
