Has my payment been received?
To check if payment has been made then you can go to ‘My account‘ page and click on ‘Account & Billing‘ you can see your order status. You will also get a confirmation email to state that you have paid. If you have paid but you are having trouble finding a confirmation email then please contact us or email us at help@parcelpal.co.uk or chat to us live and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
