Can I pay over the phone or send a cheque?
I topped up but can‘t see my balance
You can pay through PayPal or with all major credit and debit cards on WorldPay. This means that when you book a service with us you‘ll have to enter your details for payment in order to confirm and book your service. If you don‘t want to enter your details for every booking you make then why not use prepay?
What is prepay?
Prepay is when you pre-purchase funds on your ParcelPal account. You can buy additional funds to your account and you will be able to see your balance and also book orders with us, this is incredibly easy and you won‘t need to enter your details for every payment you have made. Any orders that you have purchased with us will be deducted from your account balance. If your balance is low then you can top up again (minimum of £10), we are also doing a promotional offer where if you top up £100 then you get a 2% discount.
