Cancelling a collection service
Will the driver print out the shipping label?
Mistake on an address
Do you need to change an address? If it is something minor such as a typo of a wrong house number or a simple spelling mistake then let us know as soon as possible and we can tell the courier the right address. Any other changes such as to a different address for delivery or collection then you will need to cancel this and book a new one. If you have not used this service, you can still cancel it and get a full refund back to you and then book a new service to the new address. If the driver is on it‘s way to deliver to the address that you have entered incorrectly then you may be charged to get it sent to the new address. Please contact us if you have any problems.
