Where are the drop off points?
Prohibited lists for all couriers
Our couriers have drop off locations where you can take your parcel for it to be collected and sent for delivery. This means that there‘s no need to wait in at home to wait for the driver to come to collect your parcel. There are different names for drop off points for every courier so please make sure you take it to the right place before you drop your parcel off.
DPD: For DPD you will need to drop it off at the DPD Pickup Shop Finders, you cannot drop parcels at the depot at this time.
Parcelforce: Your local Post office will be available since Parcelforce is part of the Royal Mail group.
UPS: UPS have Access Points where these are local businesses that are partnered with UPS.
