If you have topped, go back to the ParcelPal browser you will see a pop up box which will ask you the status of your top up. Click on ‘Success‘ and the page will refresh and you will see your balance. If you still cannot see your balance after you have added payment to your account then refresh the page again. At times your payment may still be pending so it may look like you have paid but it‘s actually not gone into your ParcelPal account yet.
