Whenever you are sending a parcel oversees outside of the European Union then you would need to fill out a customs form, at ParcelPal we have made that easier for you as we will provide that when you are making a booking with us. Please be specific when you are listing the item deion including the colour, size and value of the items you are sending so that a speedier process can be made although not entirely guaranteed.
